When you send an enquiry, we collect the contact, occasion, delivery, message, and attribution details shown in the form. We also retain a one-way hash of the request address for short-term abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry database.

How it is used

The information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, plan requested delivery details, prevent repeated automated submissions, and understand which pages led to enquiries. It is not sold.

Retention and requests

Enquiry records should be retained only for customer service and operational needs. Contact details for privacy requests will be published here before the site accepts live enquiries.
